Dear All, I draw a figure for a mitogenome and intro-genome repeats using Circos. It works well until now but there are some flaws on it. I am writing to ask how to revise this figure.this figure. My questions include: 1. How to elliminate chr1 (i.e., the chromosome name) shown in the figure? 2. How to eliminate the unexpected black lines in the ideogram? How is that defined? 3. Is it possible to define different colors for different genes in the mitogenome?

Thanks for any comments.

Can't help you with circos but I think it would have been a good idea to include 'Circos' in the title of your question ;)
