DSSP returns 6 different hydrogen bonds.
HYDROGEN BONDS OF TYPE O(I)-->H-N(J) ; PER 100 RESIDUES
HYDROGEN BONDS IN PARALLEL BRIDGES; PER 100 RESIDUES
HYDROGEN BONDS IN ANTIPARALLEL BRIDGES; PER 100 RESIDUES
HYDROGEN BONDS OF TYPE O(I)-->H-N(I+2)
HYDROGEN BONDS OF TYPE O(I)-->H-N(I+3)
HYDROGEN BONDS OF TYPE O(I)-->H-N(I+4)
Do these 6 different Hbonds, have specific name that is used commonly in literature.
I tried to find some information about these hydrogen bonds, and figures to have a better understanding of them. However, I can't really map these 6 different hydrogen bonds to those that I found through Google.
I appreciate if someone could elaborate more about these 6 different hydrogen bonds.
