hi,

I am intrested in 256136_S_AT prob ID which in TAIR is match with

strong text AT1G48710 AT1G48720 AT3G59720 AT3G61330 AT1G58140 AT1G21945 AT1G11265 AT5G13205

locus. then how i know i should focus on which of these locuses??? thank you

Didn't check all of them but it looks like they are some sort of copia transposon family members.

thank you when i tried to convert my prob ids to AGI based on ATH1 microarrays, it gives me AT3G59720, but i could not get why removed all and only selected this one

This looks like an Affymetrix probeset ID, you should be able to get a file with the annotations from the Affymetrix web page. And if a probeset is annotated to more than 1 gene, then it isn't giving you useful information.
