Hi, I'm trying to install Maker using Linux. I have installed repeatmasker but when I run perl Build.PL in maker, the system tell me that repeatmasker is not installed. May I know how can I solve this issue? Thanks.

Is repeatmasker in your
$PATH?I'm new in this area. May I know how can I check the path?
Type
echo $PATH.This is the result after i typed echo $PATH

I'm still couldn't fixed it :(
May I know how can I add the path into Maker? Both of my folder directory are as such: /usr/local/bin/maker and /usr/local/bin/RepeatMasker
Those are likely already in your path.
