FASTA output in blast ?

I would like to output the query sequences which have a hit in a blast research. There is an option to make that ?? or I have to write a script to fetch theses sequences in my initial dataset ??

or IMO much faster option (in case you have a fasta file from which your blast db was made):

samtools faidx
