There are very few general reviews for lactobacteria, most of the authors consider one or two bacteria. Try NCBI:
www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov and type: gene expression AND Lactobacteria.
I found many papers about different species by this way, you will definitely find yours.

What does it mean for a gene to be active? Transcribed? Translated? Known function? Which tissue?
Probably, you mean a level of gene expression, don't you?
