linking genes to protein subunits

Is there an easy way to search for genes encoding subunits of a single protein ? For exemple: I would like to know all genes envolved in coding methane monoxigenase subunits, without searching in literature (unless for checking purpose) because I want to do this for a large number of genes. I did not find any database for this.

Have a look at the GO term (s) possibly associated with this methane monoxigenase. It can give you some idea of genes and species where the term has been annotated.
