Hi all,

I'm new in using WGCNA. I have RNASeq data without time series (just tumor vs normal tissues, let's say 2 conditions). I have already done the DESeq2 normalization. Now, my question is: Can I use WGCNA on my data even without time series?

Any idea, guidance, or suggestion?

You don't need a time series for running WGCNA.

As said by chris you don't need time series, you just need numeric or categoric trait info to perform correlation with.
