Plotting Coverage in R

I am making a plot using data from Gencode (http://www.gencodegenes.org/releases/current.html)

It will be horizontal bar plot showing coverage from 0-100% for: protein-coding genes, cRNA and Brain RNA-seq.

I am having difficulty getting the numbers for coverage from the site, so I took the summary stats from the website. Still, the plot does not look as I wish.

Can someone suggest any sources to look at, or give more insights into how to plot the coverage in R?

Not sure if I got the point. By the way in R barplot(your_coverage_data_array, horiz=T) will output an horizontal barplot with your coverage data.
