Finding mouse strain-specific gene sequence

I'm interested in finding the sequence for a specific gene in a strain of mouse. I'm not really sure how I would go about doing this so does anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks for the helpful links. I'm looking for SPRET but I'll probably just try to piece it together based on the gene for mm10 and the SNP/indel data.
