Hi,

Is it feasible to visualize protein molecule in its atomic level (C,O,N,H,S) in order to solve protein folding problem..

Visualization programs do allow viewing atomic details but why/how would that help solve folding problem?

if we can represent protein sequences at the atomic level, such as carbon, in order to predict patterns, peptide sequence, hydrophobic interaction, resulting protein structures and protein functions which may help us to understand the origin of diseases caused by misfolded proteins such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease.

This question seems strangely familiar to your earlier questions:

  1. Is there a way to translate amino acid sequences into atomic sequences?
  2. Can we represent protein sequences at the atomic level, such as carbon, instead of Amino acid to predict protein structure and function

It's not really sensible to repeat and repeat your question if you didn't really like the previous answers.
