Hi,
I am trying to analyze mira using gap4/gap5. But I guess I stucked in the middle. Does anyone have experience on install gap4/gap5 on linux without root privilege?
It's hard to answer you without knowing where you are stuck. What error(s) are you getting? At which step of installation? I assume you've looked here: http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1923 Generally sudo privileges are needed for install. Have you spoken to your sysadmin?
