when i try create a genome with the command: ./plink --file /home/clau/Escritorio/ensayo1GBS_salicina/plink/fil --genome --out /home/clau/Escritorio/ensayo1GBS_salicina/plink/genome_fil appear this error

ERROR: No nonmissing markers for individuals H1_P13:C615BACXX:3:250445260 H1_P13:C615BACXX:3:250445260 - blank:C615BACXX:2:250445132 blank:C615BACXX:2:250445132

how do I solve it? help me please!!!

I think this could be because of the quality control measures. Did you try --geno and --mind?
