Extracting protein sequence with Matlab

Hello guys, anyone know how to extract the sequence of a protein in a pdb for create a variable with Matlab?

do you have, and did you try reading, in the bioinformatics toolbox (google, Matlab bioinformatics toolbox). There are a few tools that could help you I think.
