Hello,

I am wondering if there is any algorithm, program, tutorial that shows how to find a micro RNA from a mature RNA? if so, can you please let me know ?

Do you mean to predict the mature miRNA from premiRNA?

I don't but perhaps DIANA-TarBase could help you out?

@Denise - Open Targets Thanks, yes that website helps but still fuzzy. I am still searching to find a way for it . is there a way that check for similarity between all unregulated microRNAs in for example a specific cancer? is it logical to check for conservative regions among them too ?

Can you not just align or quantify against the miRBase mature sequence database, for your given organism?
