Pfge Prediction Based On Wgs

Hi, is there any software or algorithm out there right now that reads a complete genome assembly and predicts a PFGE type? If yes, does it take into account the methylome too (ie what the enzyme cuts vs ignores)? Thank you.

I was looking for this answer yet again but didn't see anything yet again, curiously. Here is the script I've developed over time for anyone else who might be looking.
