How to randomize my gene network to compare clustering coefficient?

Hi everyone,

I'm trying to create various random networks from my RNASeq gene network (>9.000 nodes) visualized on cytoscape to compare the clustering coefficients, but I don't know how to do this. First, I took a look in the papers seeking for some R package, software or pipeline, but without success. I've found the Network Randomizer 1.1 plugin on cytoscape and it's possible to create random networks using Erdos-Renyi model and others. However, it creates one random network per click, so it's not a good way to do the number of desired nets (10.000). Can anyone help me with this?

I really appreciate any answer! Thanks!
