Problem Instaling Bioconductor "hang.dendrogram" Package in R Version 3.3.1..

This package "hang.dendrogram" is not available in Version 3.3.1 of R which is the latest version. but is present in R version 1.2.0.,

Now, is it necessary to install R version 1.2.0 to go ahead with.

This is all a misunderstanding: there is no Bioconductor package hang.dendrogram, but a function hang.dendrogram is provided by CRAN package dendextend. The latest version of dendextend is 1.2.0 which requires R version >= 3.0.0.
