SOAP denovo installation

Hi all,

I tried to install denovo assembly software soapdenovo2. I have followed the way of installation provided in home website as well as others mentioned in their websites.Neither way I could not able to run the tool. Soap denovo web page mentioned during "make" it will create bin folder,but during my installation there was no such folder. Also pregraph or sparse_pregraph files are not found inside the folder. I have downloaded and install SOAPdenovo2-master.zip from source-forge. Please anyone had same issue, or know the way of solving the issue kindly reply to me.

I ran pre-compiled bin file, its working now... Thank you for reply

you can download the compiled package
