OP is asking about data, not for software/DM systems. Can you elaborate your answer with brief justification on why the links are relevant?

What kind of data? Expression data?

Just physiological, survival, and other clinical data. No genetics. I know there are some clinical data sets available next to expression data, but I was wondering if there are dedicated databases for purely clinical data ?
