Clinical datasets are stored in different resources: See this table for summary:
Full article is here: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26876889
UC Irvine machine learning datasets, open access. https://archive.ics.uci.edu/ml/datasets.html
DbGAP: extensive phenomic datasets from major healthcare/epidemiology/clinical projects, authorized access http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/gap
Also check other datasets in relevant disease repositories, access will be limited to the IRB approved individuals https://www.nih.gov/health-information/nih-clinical-research-trials-you/list-registries

Clinical data management
Please refrain from providing off topic links. Your post history suggests this happens quite often.Thank you.
Thank you! My fault, I will pay close attention to it.
Your links are definitely useful though. Thank you for that :)
OP is asking about data, not for software/DM systems. Can you elaborate your answer with brief justification on why the links are relevant?
What kind of data? Expression data?
Just physiological, survival, and other clinical data. No genetics. I know there are some clinical data sets available next to expression data, but I was wondering if there are dedicated databases for purely clinical data ?
Do you have a disease area of interest?
