Experimental design that uses sequence data from WGS, RNA and Methyl-seq

Hello All,

We are in the process of starting a new project that will involve sequencing patients to get the whole genome, RNA and Methyl-seq data. The final goal would be to compare the data and see if we can find something interesting. Has anyone worked on a similar study before? Would appreciate any input.
