What does this error mean, and is there a way around it?

EDIT: I am sorry I should have given more details.

I am trying to run cuffmerge on a cluster. I just keep getting this error. I have 7 data-sets that i want merge the assembled transcriptome from, and then use this information with cuffdiff to estimate the changes in abundances of different transcripts.

check @bcalder response in http://seqanswers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4063 (some problem with the GTF annotation). But you can also look for help writing to tophat.cufflinks@gmail.com

I tried writing to tophat.cufflinks@gmail.com, but neither was my email acknowledged nor did I receive any other kind of response.
