Compare two sets of sequences generating similar PWM (logos)

Hi,

I have two sets of sequences I want to check if they contain similar motifs. I have generated PWM logos with both sets and results are similar but I would like to apply some statistical test that actually describe motif occurrence similarity between both sets.

I have already generated the logos but I want to compare statistically the similarity between them.

They are certainly similar but I would like to quantitatively asses these similarity.
