I'm a master's student at Bioinformatics and I'm interested in the subjects related to Cancer.
When I was searching on the net, I found that even bioinformatics has also branches (take a look at the image) I want to ask you about your opinion, in which field/branch should I focus ? which one of them will be the closest one (for someone who want to study Cancer) ?

Focus on the one you find interesting. Ultimately every field you listed (perhaps except agroinformatics) can have a direct (or an indirect) impact on cancer research.
If the underlying question is "which field am I likely to find a job in future" then it is a different matter.

Do Agroinformatics. It sounds cool. It must be like regular Infomatics, but with louder typing and more angry emoji.
Bioinformatics is a broad set of tools to apply to research questions. Use the tools that will allow you to explore the questions you have. Almost all of these (except maybe agricultural informatics) can be applied to the problem of cancer. You'd be better off finding some labs that work on cancer and seeing if you can get experience there. See what tools are used to study biological problems that interest you.
I do have to say that some of these don't belong under the umbrella of bioinformatics and might require skills/training you might not get in a bioinformatics program (e.g. cheminformatics, biophysics, mathematical biology, medical informatics, etc).
