Hey everyone! I'm trying to complete an assignment for a course in Coursera. This wasn't my first contact with Galaxy but now I have to running to map with BWA, the processes stand in queue but never run. All I get is a clock next to them and "waiting to run", not even processing and it's been stuck for hours and hours. Is there any way to fix it? I've tried to do it in another Galaxy server and it worked, but it lacks all the tools I need for the job. Thanks a lot!

If this refers to the public galaxy at PSU then please post this at: https://biostar.usegalaxy.org/

Generally mapping jobs will take some time, but in this case the fault is probably on Galaxy's side, as it seems the job did not even start yet. This could be caused by either the queue of the compute resources being full (resolved by waiting) or some error in the processing of the job.

Is this still happening?

Hey there, thanks for your reply. I followed suggestions found in this site and just let time pass, without deleting or re-running the procees. It took about two days but it finished, so I guess it was some issue in Galaxy.
