I had a protein GI list from arabidopsis. Using batch entrez I found their relative proteins and then downloaded these proteins accessions. Now I want to map this accessions to uniprotkb, but ID mapper can't find any result. my accessions retreived from batch entrez are like these:
AAA32783.1

CAB62020.1

D71437

NP_176135.1

AAL91293.1

A9QGV6.1

What is the difference between these accessions? Why uniprot can't map my accessions? What can I do?

This appears to be a mishmash of ID's. If you select RefSeq_Protein then the NP_* maps. Using Embl/GenBank/DDBJ CCDS maps two more (CAB, AAL) etc.

You may as well stick the GI list directly in the Uniprot ID mapper and be done.
