Is there any sequences reference for human Long non-coding RNA,Fasta file, except GENCODE (Genecode.v19.lncRNA_ transcripts) ?
Can you clarify which reference you are asking about? A paper or sequences (reference)?
There is RNAcentral, in case you are looking for sequences.
I have some RNA-seq data and I want get diff-exp of lncRNA by CLC, I need download transcript sequences to annotate my sample ( like miRBase for miRNA)
