Hi everyone!

I'm seeking to phase a genomic region of interest. For this I need a list of known SNP's that I can filter by position in the genome. Does anyone know of any way I would be able to obtain this information?

Thanks for the help! Will

BioMart from Ensembl. You can find tutorials for BioMart on this page if you have not used it before.

You could also use Table browser from UCSC. Help for that option is here.

You may try SnpSift Annotate function. Annotation functions annotates the known common dbSNPs and also makes functional approximation.
