Is there any microRNA (miRNA) enrichment tool out there?

I have a list of miRNAs from miRNA-seq/data mining and would like to infer contextual role of these molecules. I have seen a bunch of them deriving biological inference from the targets. However, not see a tool that takes a list of miRNAs and expression levels to give molecular interpretations.
