Is there somewhere that has mutation frequencies by cancer type? So if I were looking at CML, AML, or even more generally at something like leukemia. Is there some database that would contain mutation frequencies? So that I could find that in leukemia 50% of cancers contained a T100G mutation.
I have looked through COSMIC but haven't had much luck.
With the Open Targets Platform, you can search for a disease (e.g. leukemia), get the targets (i.e. genes) associated with it, then filter by 'somatic mutations' to see the 293 targets associated with leukemia. Once you did that, you go on and choose the gene you are interested in to see the evidence available for it e.g. Evidence for JAK2 in leukemia. In that page, you can see frequencies such as missense variant (mutation type column) as 164 out of 168 samples under the 'Somatic mutations' tab.
