how to get a valid dataset for Glioblastoma survival prediction based on clinincal and genomic factors and treatment patterns from TCGA or any other biological data portals

Thank you for the information. I need clinical data, genomic data(like mRNA expression z-scores ,copy number variations) and treatment pattern patient wise.

Did you try to look at GEO Datasets? I know they have at least some of the criteria that you may be looking for. The downside is that they are often associated with papers - i.e. many have already been looked at and examined. Of course that's not a problem if you are going to do meta analysis.
