Hello all. I have the genome sequence of 3 non-conventional yeasts. There are several closed and draft genomes available which i want to use for -> Reference assisted genome assembly!
Can you recommend tools for Reference assisted genome assembly?
Preferable: multiple references can be used draft and closed genomes can be used as references phylogeny information not necessary
Thanks
can you give more details about library, coverage etc..?
A general answer to your question would be here
Reference Assembly - Mapping Reads To A Reference Genome
and info about tools could be found here

You're more likely to get a useful answer if you ask a good question: see this post for guidance.
