Hello there

I was wondering if someone could point to a resource where we can download validated somatic mutations as well as their corresponding alignments (bam files)

I found several repositories and databases (COSMIC etc ..) but as far as I know they don't offer location where to get the original data that served to get the mutations.

Thanks

Rad

Editing your original post provides a "bump" so it can reappear on the main page. You do not need to add a fake answer.

You added the

How about checking the European Nucleotide Archive (ENA) or European Variation Archive (EVA)? The latter is looking for a wish list from users, so you may want to fill out their 2-min survey.
