PA01 reference genome was completed way before the advent of NGS. So you are not likely to find that data in fastq format. Instead you can get one of the many PA01 genomes available from SRA/ENA if all you want to do is try and de novo assemble the data.

Search NCBI SRA with term Pseudomonas aeruginosa PA01. Click on DNA in the left hand column. Choose a sample from many that are available there. Here is one example.

You seem to ask for two different things. Either you want the reference, which is a fasta file and you can probably find what you need here: http://www.pseudomonas.com/strain/download But you write 'raw fastq file', which suggests you are looking for actual sequencing data (for assembling a genome?). If you could clarify what you need or what you want to do I guess we'll find what you need.
