Anyone has any idea on multiple accept options in uclust by combining them with AND, as detailed in their manual here: usearch manual
I want to use a usearch command like:
usearch -cluster_fast seq2.fasta -centroids seq.fasta -uc clusters.uc -id 0.8 AND ‑evalue 1e-10 AND ‑query_cov 0.8 AND ‑target_cov 0.8
Also if u do know this, plz suggest how can I use "-msaout" option in the above command.
Any suggestion is appreciated. Thanks..
