I would like to know the information in Bed file mainly in the 4th column

chr1    3010874 3010876 '32/39' 820     +
chr1    3010894 3010896 '42/53' 792     +
chr1    3010922 3010924 '26/29' 896     +
chr1    3010957 3010959 '38/41' 926     +
