The question in present form is a bit vague. I am not sure how you would use computer simulation to study miRNA-disease associations (if that is what you mean). Can you clarify what exactly you are looking for?

I am working on human model. I have selected few miRNA from interest of genes. Also find out miRNA related disease. But i have seen that theses miRNA showing several disease. I am focus on immune disease. But only through OMIM, how can i say that these miRNA may be act as a biomarker or use in therapeutic application.
