Dear All;
I used BUSCO (BUSCO_v1.22) to check my transcriptome assembly produced by Trinity. I received the error below. Has any of you tried to use BUSCO or received the same error?
Error: (1431.1) FASTA-Reader: Warning: FASTA-Reader: Title is very long: 1390 characters (max is 1000)/
and the output file of BUSCO:
BUSCO was run in mode: trans
Summarized benchmarks in BUSCO notation: C:0%[D:0%],F:0%,M:0%,n:429
320 Complete BUSCOs
267 Complete and single-copy BUSCOs
53 Complete and duplicated BUSCOs
22 Fragmented BUSCOs
87 Missing BUSCOs
429 Total BUSCO groups searched
Did you even google the error message? Because there are solutions given on StackOverflow and here as well.
I did, I mean why the percentages are zero.
Summarized benchmarks in BUSCO notation: C:0%[D:0%],F:0%,M:0%,n:429
Your question literally was about the error. You did not ask why you were getting zeroes at all.
And the answer should be linked to checking long/short annotation names, as in the error. But anyway, you don't need the numbers there, as they are also printed below, e.g. C should be 320/429 = 0.7459, or barely 75%.
