Suggestions for Visualization of Domain Architecture Evolution, Through Phylogenetic Tree

I am looking at ways to visualize the evolutionary history of domain architecture

I have read a few papers that do this:

• TreeDom: http://treedom.sbc.su.se/index.php (does not work for my uniprot gene)

• TreeFam: http://www.treefam.org/ (can't do microbial gene)

• PhylomeDb: http://phylomedb.org/ (does not work for my uniprot gene)

What other tools do people normally use?
