A new small project I'm starting soon is to build [yet another] tool for genome-scale metabolic network reconstruction and analysis. I'm particularly interested in the tools that are [actually] used by biologists and bioinformaticians currently in-practice. I would love to hear from the community here about their personally preferred tool(s) for metabolic network reconstruction and analysis, and possibly their personal experience with the tool, the pros and cons [optional point].
