I found a set of highly expressed genes which might be involved in a disease. I did gsea and pathway analysis. I am wondering if any other kind of downstream effects could be analysed in protein level and if there is any good database for that.
This will be highly dependent on what you mean with "might be involved in a disease" and which type of disease you are talking about.
I am talking about cancer.
