hello:

There are many data for variants from different populations, but it seems gene expression data from populations are not so much.

I wonder where can I get gene expression data (prefer to RNA-seq data) of individuals from different populations? Which study covers the most samples and populations?

Here is our goal. We have several gene sets, we have compared their genetics features using 1000 genome data. Now we want to check their gene expression profile across populations.

We are interested in the following analysis. For example, (1) which gene sets show the most (least) variances in gene expression among populations. (2) Which genes show significantly high (or low) expression level in specific populations. (3) Which gene set as a whole show significantly high (or low) expression in specific populations.

Thanks
