Hi!

I am trying to install FALCON and I tried the "easy way" as mentioned in the installation wiki. https://github.com/PacificBiosciences/FALCON-integrate/wiki/Installation

But I get this error message:

python/lib/python2.7/logging/__init__.py", line 843, in flush self.stream.flush() IOError: [Errno 122] Disk quota exceeded Logged from file basecommand.py, line 258 make[2]: * [install-pypeFLOW] Error 2

I checked and I have larger than 1 T memory available. My python version is 2.7.9.

Could someone please help clarify what it is that I am doing wrong? How much memory does an installation of FALCON need?

Thanks!

can you give more details about your operating system?
I think the disk space allowed for this user is full

You are right. I was able to fix this once I cleaned up some disk space. Thanks!
