How to calculate the number of genes has specific characteristics on it?

I used R to create table has the gene names on the first column and characteristics on columns from 2 to 200. Now I have the count of each characteristics corresponding to each gene in this table. What I want to do is keeping the repeat that has count is more than 50 in a new table.
