Hi,

Can anyone recommend a database where I can download a reliable mammalian phylogenetic tree which covers at least: armadillo bushbaby chimpanzee cow dog dolphin elephant ferret gibbon gorilla guinea pig human kangaroo rat macaque marmoset megabat microbat mouse mouse lemur olive baboon orangutan pig rat shrew vervet African Green Monkey

Try the Common Tree page of the NCBI. You can add each of your species of interest and then save the tree in phylip format. I started doing it for your species at it looks like this:

You can then open this up in TreeView or FigTree or ATV.
