Hi everybody I am looking for the informatics tool to identify new miRNA that associated with specific cancer by use the previous known miRNA found in different expression in that cancer?

which tool could I use for example to build a model than scan that model against the database to pick up based in sequence information?

Anyone have advise for that idea thanks

1) The title of your post contains just "need the approach": be more informative. People browsing this forum need to know what your post is about by the title.

2) You have asked a few question already, on which many people have contributed to help you. It's only fair that you up vote helpful answers and mark a post as accepted if the answer resolved your question.

Dear WouterDeCoster

Really sorry

I do not put the question in right format or less informative. I have collect miRNA that linked to one cancer. I was planing to use HMMER to build model then predict new miRNA related to same cancer . Since HMMER is not recommended for nucleotide so I hope to find tool that could do predication by use the known sequence of miRNA.

THANKS
