We are looking for a motivated PhD student in computational biology / bioinformatics who would join the experimental neuro-oncology lab at the Brain and spine Institute (ICM) in Paris, France. The candidate must be Chinese with a good English level (both spoken and written); French speaking is also highly recommended.
The project will focus on a rare subtype of brain cancer by using NGS (WES, RNA-seq, microrna-seq and methylation analysis) combined with brain imaging (radiomics analysis), under the supervision of Pr HOANG-XUAN and Dr ALENTORN. This PhD call is a collaboration between Sorbonnes Universités and the China Scholarship Council .
