assembly problem: contigs greater than 500 bp is in the 200-300 range or les

I have a Mycobacterium Tuberculosis ; i used the A5-miseq for assembly. but when i submit an article they send me an error say's:

number of contigs greater than 500 bp is in the 200-300 range or less

Plz give me a solution
