Hello! I am considering several genome wide association study datasets from different pathological conditions. The number of cases and controls differs consistently among these, so I tend to have very significant p-values when I have many cases and controls and less significant p-values otherwise. This has a negative influence when doing meta-analysis: for example, if I do a meta-analysis of dataset A vs dataset B and of dataset A vs dataset C, the resulting p-values are not comparable. How can I cope with this issue? Thanks.
Any hint? I would be very grateful
