LefSE input error

Hey guys,

I am trying to analysis some 16S data with LefSE. I uploaded the data onto the galaxy, which was generated using the following instructions:

I even removed the "#" as it suggested. But i encountered the following error:

Can anyone shed some light on this?

Did you ever figure this one out? I have been running into the same issue.
